Unmarried father getting all father rights

I am pregnant for my boyfriend we are unmarried and still together. When the baby is born i want his name on the birth certificate and i want him to have all legal father rights. What steps do i go through to get all rights for him?

How legal is that and can another guy take us to court if they think they are the father? or would then my boyfriend have say so in this case?

When the child is born, the doctors are required to give you a form for the father to claim the child as his. Someone else could challenge him, and in that case you would have to deal with the DNA results.
