Are there any laws governing employers of fewer than 50 employees in regards to family medical leave?

The only things I can think of off-hand are

(1) pregnancy and childbirth non-discrimination

requirements under federal and state law and

(2) possible assertion of employment discrimination

if employees are treated differently
