Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana
Long story short I put a deposit on a boat and cancelled the man never gave me my money back and not to mention I never signed anything saying the deposit was non refundable and I also had a witness present at the time of the money exchange what should I do? I tryed small claims but where the man lives there's no small claims court, just a main court house and all they did was charge me 160 and served him with papers and they said that's all they can do.
