Pending Lawsuit from Neighbor
I was wondering what to do about a frivilous lawsuit presented by a neighbor. A tree fell on an abandoned car in her yard, but even after the insurance company paid for the damages and my father paid someone to remove the tree, she is now suing for 1, 700 dollars for damages done to the car while the tree was removed.

We don't know enough to give an opinion. Either your neighbor simply wants more money or deserves more money.
