Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana

I have truck financed for my ex-boyfriend and I would like to break all ties including this truck. He pays the truck and insurance directly to me. I would like for him to put the truck in his name but he does not have the credit to do this. I asked him to give me the truck back so I can sell it and he refuses. What can I do legally from this point?

You are sort of stuck, unless he is not making the payments. You entered into the agreement and you can't break it without some cause. You could try to file suit and have a court order him to sell the truck or get some other financing, but I don't think a Judge would do that to him so long as he is sticking to the agreement and making all the payments on time. Now, if he misses a payment, that's different.
