wrongful death settlement

how do I go about finding out how to locate money from a wrongful death settlement that was supposed to be put in a trust by my attorney randy elkins who was disbarred and jailed for embezzlement?(now nowhere to be found).I was 3yrs old at the time of settlement so would this be under my name?How would i find info without the last place of employment or case number and year?

The first question is: How old are you now? The time in which you can bring your claims starts to run from when you turned 18. Hopefully you haven't waited too long. Get an attorney in LA to work on this with you.
