Legal Question in Immigration Law in Louisiana

if a young couple was force/ blackmailed to sign an agreement saying that they will saty away from each other is there anyway that they can overturn that decision? Or make a new agreement desolving the first agreement that they have to stay away from each other?

P.s. the guy is 23 and the girl is 19 and they are both international students.

This is not a matter of the U.S. immigration law.

You need to explain the situation better and consult a lawyer in private for advice.
