Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
I am the President of a 5 unit condo.
One of the tenants wont pay his HOA insurance.
This will cause the insurance for the other 4 units being canceled.
What can we do to prevent our insurance from canceling.
How can we make the party pay his share?

There should be a clause in the condoninium by laws that provides that the association can purchase insurance in that case and charge the owner who refused to purchase insurance
