Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Louisiana

Would it be legal to sell "designer inspired " items from your home in one area of your own state than online where you end up crossing state borders? Also what if there were no public visibility of any "copied" trade names when items are advertised?

You can make your own designs "inspired" by other designs, but you can't use their trademarks anywhere...online, in your own home, or at a flea market. Even if you don't put the copied marks online, you are breaking the law by copying them in the first place, no matter where you copy them.
