Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Louisiana

I am a minor and want to know what it will take to either get emancipated or tutorship signed over if my mother is ineligible to make decisions (she has a narcotic drug addiction and other mental illnesses and is going to a long term facility) and holds sole custody. My father is willing to sign for me but how can he when he doesnt hold custody? I have a place to live and all but i need to get there so i can focus on finishing high school and live a normal life. my stepfather and grandmother are attempting to take care of us but neither hold my custody or even power of attourney.

Your mother can be interdicted because she is unable to care for herself or her affairs or your father can file for custody.
