Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

I went to a car dealership today to apply for a job. I had called ahead to inquire about the job listing and was told to come in and do an application and they would speak with me. At first the man was nice. But during the interview he made me really uncomfortable. He was talking about the way I was dressed. And i had on dress clothes with dress shoes. He went on to talk about my hair. He also made other comments that I thought were offensive and told me to come back in a year and reapply once I have lived a little. He made me feel very low and stupid. Is this appropriate behavior? Do I report him to a general manager?

It doesn't sound appropriate and letting the general manager know of this man's inappropriate behavior would be appropriate.
