Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana

I live in Louisiana, in a mobil home park.We have no lease just a set of rules , one of the rules states that if you sell a mobile home it must be moved. I did not sell my mobile home but am renting it out . Today the manager of the park put a notice for the tenants to vacate the home. I pay the lot rent so I make sure it,s paid . The man thats in my moble home does not pay me anything to live there because he done the repairs to it. Is this legal for the manager to try to evict them ? There are several mobile homes that have been sold in this park and not moved, mine is the only one that he put a notice on.

If you have no written lease, you are under what is called a verbal month-to-month lease. Either side can cancel the lease with 10 days' notice.
