Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Louisiana

Legal malpractice and perhaps fraud existed here!

The attorney in question has been charged on several counts with the bar association. Fraud may be involved as the attorney misrepresented facts to move the victims property to another as well as misrepresentation as whom retained by. Also the will in question may be a forgery. I would like to know how do we proceed to recover from $ 60,000 loss from 1 disinherited sibling and proceeds from 2 insurance policies that beneficiaries were changed 3 days prior to the death of the testator.

Obviously you need to seek legal counsel. Just because a person has complaints against them, or has been proven to have done something improper, does not mean that everything they do is done improperly. You will need to prove the will is a forgery, because certain "forced heirs" when there is no will, can be left out of the inheritance if there is a valid will. Likewise, if the changing of the beneficiaries was done by a person being of sound mind, then the short period from then until their death, while possibly suspicious, has no other consequence unless you can prove something improper.
