Baratry?

Is it legal for a physician or corporation to contact victims of auto accidnets by telephone? Where can I look up the details of this law? Is it a felony in Louisiana?

I do not believe it is a crime to contact victims of accidents, however, it is probably a violation of their professional canons. Of course, much of it depends on what they said when they contacted you or the victims.
