Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana

Re: Incorrect traffic report. Officer C F, was not there when the accident occured. He spoke to the driver of the other car involveed in the accident, then proceeded to tell me what I did. After carful thought I wrote down what exactly I did and dropped it off at police station with instructions for the officer to reflect the facts in the report. He did not. I then went to the station, and he personally told me he would not change the report.

I got no tickets. I would like to have the report corrected. How do I go about getting this done?

The report is not admissible in court anyway, as it is all hearsay. As you correctly pointed out, the officer did not witness the accident and his report is really double hearsay. If the case goes to court, both sides will be able to tell their story and the police report will not come in as evidence anyway.
