Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana
My sister and her family were in a car accident with injuries, the insurance company paid off the other participants in the wreck, but refused to settle with them because the insurance said they had paid out the limit amount of the accident to the participants who were at fault. The state of the accident was Louisiana.

They have the right to do that.
If your sister has uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, that would be availabale to compensate them.

It does not make sense unless you meant the participants who were NOT at fault. No insurance company pays people who are at fault in an accident. There is more you are saying or do not know.
