fallen tree on others propery
If my tree has branches hanging in my neighbors yard is it thier responsiblty to trim it? Who is responsible if the branches from my tree falls on other property causing damage?

Your responsibility.....if you fail to cut them, then neighbor can pay to have them cut and you must reimburse him...
