Foreclosure

My property in new orleans, la is set for foreclosure. My spouse is listed as an intevenor and a wavier is on file stating has no interest in the property can he go into foreclosure also? even if that info is on file?

There is simply not enough information to comment on the situation. You obviously did not pay the mortgage and therefore are being foreclosed upon. I am guessing that since the property "may" be considered community, or certain notes were paid during the marriage, then you spouse "may" have some interest, I guess again that he wants to make sure there is nothing lingering out there that he may be liable for. He could be intervening simply to have the court render judgment stating he has no interest and no responsibility. Like I said, not enough information to be more than guessing.
