My husband and his brothers are hiers to 5 acres in Louisiana near Shreveport. They own 1/5 - 1/15 each. A buyer recently bought out the other 4/5 of undivided property. What are our rights an 1/5 owners ( the 3 1/15) Can he build or do anything with the property without our concent? Do I need an attorney?

You do not have to own property with anyone else. He can buy you out or you can force sale. You will need an attorney.
