What type of form can i use if a relative wants to donate his share of a piece of realestae to me ,also in louisiana is the term succession used or is there another law term..Unable to locate anything reffering to this subject in the stae of louisiana.Judgement of succession..

Succession is in fact a legal term in Louisiana, but the Judgment you get is called a Judgment of Possession.......
