Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

i live louisiana and my landlord removed my belongings from property without an eviction notice. the only notice that was given was that he wanted me out he never gave a date or time and also mentioned that he was putting the house up for sell. also the person that he had remove my property was not any kind of law enforcement.once he put my things on the street and i made it home mostly all my furniture and belongings were gone.please advise.

I would talk to a consumer protection attorney as soon as possible. A consumer protection lawyer can review your lease and discuss your options with you. A lot of what you said leads to me to believe you may have a claim against your landlord, especially if you never got notice of an eviction.
