property line duspute
My neighbor claims the fence on our property is actually on his property and is threatening to make us move the fence which was already erected when we bought the property 18 years ago.
Is there any statue of limitations regarding a complaint of property line disputes? Thank you for your reply.

If the fence has been up in its present location for over 30 years, then the land inside the fence is PROBABLY yours. 30 years acquisitive prescription.....
