Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana
I sold a mobile home with a notorized Bill of Sale which stated that it was being sold "As is". Ive lived in this home for 8 years and did not forsee any issues with it but the minor issues that my husband and I discussed with the new owners. They still purchased the mobile home. After moving the mobile home they found one of the rooms apparently has mold. They told us we needed to pay for the repairs because now they can not live in it. My husband offered to help them repair it, but not paying his money to do it just labor. Now they are wanting to sue is. What else can we do. It was sold as is.
