Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

Title Issues

There is a piece of property in Louisiana that I am paying property taxes on. This property is owned by my Grandfater (50%) my Great-Grandfather (25%), and my Great Uncle (25%). All are deceased. I would like to become legal owner of the property. Other than starting a succession, is there any other way that I could become the owner of this property? What do I need to do?

Re: Title Issues

You'll have to go through succession and I can help you with that if you wish.
