Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Louisiana

Is it considered slander, or harassment, if someone does something to ruin or embarrass you on tv. On purpose to make you look bad for everyone to see? And they do not ask your permission to use you as the base of their comedy?

Slander is an intentional malicious statement which is known to be untrue and done specifically to cause harm to someone's reputation. There must be actual harm or damage done.
