Sexual Harrassement

My 14 year old daughter was violated sexually by a 19 or 20 year old high school female. My child stated that the girl had slapped her on her butt than grabbed her butt. Do you think that was a crime?

If it is what you described, at the very least it is simple battery. What you describe is a crime, but not a sex crime,
