Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
Had 6 speeding tickets in 2011. All paid. Have not reoffended since 2011. I believe I may be eligible for record expungement under article 894 due to restitution paid and a clean driving record since 2011 (with no pending charges or suspensions.) I can obtain the affidavit pursuant to LCCP A.894 but I'm not sure about what steps to take in filing. Can you please advise on eligibilty and procedure?
