after my father dies everything will go to my mom. this is fine by me and after my mom dies what is left will be divided 4 ways between my 3 children{her grandkids} and myself.In the will it says if we want to sell the land or house it must be sold to a family members. is there anything we can do about this. what if family members don't want to buy it?Are we stuck with a house we don't want or land we don't want.Being that we don't live in that state.

If the property is in Louisiana the deceased does not have the power to tell the heirs how to dispose of the property.
