overturn will in La. My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in the year 2000. She was put on medicine for it. She had 2 wills drawn up by atty.'s 198? and another in 1998. All legit.

She in the mean time was taking Zanix, Vicodin, Lithium,Namenda, Aracept, and Lexipro. Every day.

In April she made a hand written will. Can it be contested and thrown out to be more in line with her other will's ?

It depends. Even a person with dementia can pass a valid will if they were lucid at the time the will was passed. You'll want to first ensure the will is in proper form and then if she was lucid when it was passed. If the answer to either question is no the will should be contested. You need to consult an attorney in person.
