Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
relating to old wills/year1850
when you have probate or will made the attorney puts in the papers (and all his heirs to this estate)i have an old will and it says this without having any thing saying unless anything.it just said to hiers.please excuse me for not knowing this.but i quess thats what this web site is for thank you for your time and cooperation

Your question is actually too vague, but I don't want to discourage you.
Take the will to a lawyer and ask her/him to explain the language.
