Can stock be purchased as jtwros in Louisiana?
I would like to know if we can purchase stock and mutual funds as Joint Tennants with Rights of Survivor (JTWROS) in the state of Louisiana? Thanks!

JTROS is a form of common law property ownership, and is not available in Louisiana.
