Re: vocational rehabilitation

Dear Law Guru Friend,

I am not so sure that the LA workmen's compensation law has to do with vocational rehabilitation. Type in on your search engine --I prefer Google--"Vocational Rehabilitation - Louisiana", and see what you get there. As far as temporary total disability is concerned, you continue to draw that as long as you can show you continue to be disabled. Sorry I cannot give you a better answer, but I would have to check my law books; and I am not at my office right now. Also, type in on your search engine "Louisiana Works" (or LAWORKS) and see what you get there. Best of luck!

Sincerely,

Hardy Parkerson, Atty.
