Greetings!

Based to the facts you've given, your bank account with your husband was joint-account. So it is presumed by law that this accounts are both for you. That any amount therein was presumed to be of your both earnings. Hence, any amount withdraw or spend out of it is justifiable and presumed that it redownded to the benefits of your family. Hence your husband can't sue you for that reason.
