College Bookstore
Is it legal for a college to release booklists to the college bookstore but not make it available to students. so you have to go to the bookstore to find your books this bookstore is ''not Affiliated'' with the college?

Interesting question. As a consumer, the best bet is to check with the Maine Atty General's consumer division. It sounds like a monoploy or unfair trade practice, but the AG would be the entity to enforce the law if one were violated in this instance.
