Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maine

me and one of my friends got into a fight. he called me and, while i was in the presence of another friend, i told him i did not want to talk to him. he called me twice more that night while i was still in the presence of my other friend. he hasn't contacted me in any way since. do i have a case for harassment?

In Maine, harassment is defined as three or more acts of intimidation, confrontation, physical force or the threat of physical force...made with the intention of causing fear, intimidation or damage to property AND that do, in fact, cause fear, intimidation or damage to property OR three or more acts that are made with the intent to deter the free exercise of enjoyment of any rights or privileges secured by the Maine or US Constitutions.

You don't indicate whether you considered the calls threatening or intimidating. The answer below assumes that you DID. Since it seems he has ceased communication with only two calls after you advised him you did not wish to speak with him, you would likely NOT have a good case for harassment.
