Establishing Paternity

My future husband is being accused of being the father of his former girlfriends child we would like to know what the procedure is to establish paternity and the steps we have to take since the child has not yet been born

The GF can file for paternity and child support, but only AFTER the child is born.

After you are served, your can demand a DNA test to verify whether you are the father. Issues of visitation can also be discussed at that time.
