Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

can you please help?
My husband and I are from maine.we were married in NH. he is verbally abusive.I want a quick divorce but we have 2 kids. ages 3 and 1 my mom and dad helped me get away.i am now in florida but have only been here for 3 days he will be ariving in florida to live with his mom. his family is wealthy an mine is broke. we will not have money to travel to maine to divorce. he is really not nice. I don't want loopholes so, his lawyer can attack them...can you pleas help me find a legal way to divorce him in florida without having to wait 6 months for residency? I am so desprate...thanks

There is none. You have to be a resident of Florida for 6 months prior to filing for dissolution of marriage.
