What if I dont get a response from my spouse?

I sent my spouse divorce papers via certified mail. What if he doesn't respond back within the given timeframe?

Formal service needs to be made, so if there is no informal response to the initial package (signing the acknowledgment), you will need to have a Sheriff make service in-person.
