Advice on What to Do

My sis was going to take legal action against her boyfriend. She doesn't speak English, so she seek advice/help from her English translator. Her translator told my sis to w/d any money she have and give it to her for safe keeping. She reconcile with her boyfriend. She want to ask for her money back, but the translator refuses to give it back. She wants my sis to leave her boyfriend and the state. She also ask that my sis finish up the process to bring her brother from a foreign country. She paid my sis to marry her brother to the US. She no long wants to do that. What can she do to get her money and stuff back. She have no paper work to show that she left her money and jewelry with the translator for safe keeping.

You can still sue. Will she lie under oath? Are there any witnesses to this agreement? If you wish, I might be interested in the case. Feel free to call if you are interested. Best regards, Edward DiCato
