Re: is this true for h1b transfer or extensions

A three year bachelors degree should have no adverse effect on your success with an H-1B petition, whether its an extension, transfer or otherwise.

There are, however, some additional requirements under the regulations that you should comply with if, in fact, you have a three year degree.

A three year degree may, however, present issues in the future if you intend to pursue the green card process with your employer.
