Hi, can anyone tell me if it is okay to save a picture to my computer that I find online?

In most cases it is fine to save a picture to your computer. Your browser actually does it all the time. You would be violating copyright laws if you used the picture for a commercial purpose. And depending on the content of the picture, it could be illegal to possess such an image.
