security deposit return
i broke my lease for a medical reason, notified my landlord and was told verbally ok in front of witnesses, gave a 60 day written notice to vacate, left the place better than before, no damages and was clean, was refused my security deposit because he said I broke my lease. can they do this?

Yes,unless your lease covers this issue.
Have you offered to put up sign? Buy an AD inpaper? Etc?
