i bought a mobile home for me and my wife to live in on a rented lot.my wife was tricked into signing her interest away to a daughter-in-law.I would not sign the paper.In the divorce from my son,a judge awarded the daughter-in-law the trailer.What about my interest in it?i never intended to sell at all.

You are right that if you do not sign away your own rights that you have not lost them. The divorce action between the son and daughter in law affected their rights but not yours.

There likely needs to be a lawsuit brought by you against her to clarify the title, and "partition" the property between the rightful owners. Your wife may want to litigate that her transfer was not legitimate.
