Memorial after funeral
My brother passed away out of the country. Iam the executor. His foreign funeral was paid by the estate. I would like a U.S. memorial service with a gift made to a church. Can this be paid for by the estate as well?

Remember, you have fiduciary duty to preserve the assets of the estate. If you misuse it, you may have to pay it back from your own funds.
