Would a sealed envelope that has 2 signatures of the witnesses and the words ''My last Will and Testament'' written on it that contains a will that has only been signed by one witness be admitted to probate?

Such a Will may be admited if it is in the testator's handwriting. If the Will is typed, then it needs 2 witnesses to be admitted to Probate.
