Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maine
I cut my hand on 9/4/09 and was put on light duty by my company's workmens comp physician. I work at another job, both being part time, and was told that they wouldn't let me work there until I was 100%. Am I entitled to work if I'm cleared for light duty at the second job or just at the job I was injured at?
