Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maine

I got hurt at my condo, and don't have workmens comp, can I make the condo owners comp. insurance pay. I live in Maine.

I am sorry that you were injured. However, workers compensation insurance is only available in workplace accidents involving your employer's insurance company.
