Re: following to join of my spouse

Hi,

It is very importnat for you to file as soon as possible. BEFORE the I485 is approved. If you wait too long and get the green card, you will be separated from your spouse for 5 years or so. I had a few similar cases and it is important to alert the Immigratrion as soon as possible about the marriage.

Alternatively, if you get your green card approved. We can file a follow to join petition I824 with the Immigration to alert Manila of the new change in your circumstances.
