Legal Question in Disability Law in Maryland

My ex agreed to pay alimony in the divorce decrre. He received the final sealed paperwork from the jude stating the marriage is dissolved. Can he fight what has already been aagreed upon? Or is everything legally binded. I am in the state of MD

If your ex consented to alimony in the divorce decree, the only way to change it would be to petition the court. Your ex would have to show a "significant change of circumstances" that would justify a modification of the divorce decree. I strongly recommend hiring a Maryland family law attorney to assist you.
