Legal Question in Disability Law in Maryland
recently i got caught stealing from kohl's so they charged me with theft uinder $100; this is my very first offense i have two small children what do u think will happen?

The maximum penalty for theft under $100 in Maryland is 90 days in jail. Since I do not know the facts of your case, I cannot comment on what may or may not happen.
